1. Data controller

2. Meylo application

The Meylo application runs entirely offline on your Mac. No personal data, no created content, no usage data is collected, transmitted, or stored remotely by AM Tech. All your files and documents remain locally on your device, under your sole control.

• No AM Tech server is contacted by the application
• No user account is required
• No analytics, no trackers, no cookies
• No telemetry, no usage reports

3. Purchase through the Mac App Store

Meylo is purchased exclusively through the Mac App Store operated by Apple. Apple processes payment data, Apple ID information, and billing details in accordance with its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). AM Tech only receives aggregated and anonymized data (download counts, country, macOS version) through App Store Connect, with no personally identifiable information about the purchaser.

4. meylo website

The website does not directly collect any personal data and does not set any first-party cookies. The hosting provider Vercel Inc. may record technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security, abuse prevention, and service operation purposes, in accordance with its own policy.

5. Legal bases and purposes

The only processing operations on the website rely on AM Tech's legitimate interest in ensuring the security, availability, and technical maintenance of the service. No data is used for commercial or advertising purposes.

6. Recipients and transfers

No data is sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients are technical subcontractors strictly necessary: Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States) and Apple (distribution, Ireland / United States). Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

7. Retention period

Vercel technical logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. No personal data is kept by AM Tech beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict, and request portability of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@anthonymarandon.fr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

9. Security

AM Tech implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. The Meylo application, running offline, has no server-side network attack surface.

This policy may be amended at any time to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
